So we started our trip from Oruro. Due to our schedule we should arrive to Salar Uyuni in the evening. But we had a huge problem, we ran out of gas. And there is completely nobody who will sell you petrol if you are a foreigner. They had only one petrol station for foreigner but it’s easy to imagine that it was completely out of petrol and they didn’t know when it’ll come next time (in a 5 hours or in a five days). So we were really shocked as nobody was expect such a situation!!! After few hours of asking and begging for the petrol we came to some village near Oruro city and one guy sell it us petrol in a very secret way so he almost saved us from becoming Bolivian :)) At last we started to go our direction. I can’t say that the road was not beautiful, it was exotic and beautiful in its own way! We saw a lot of vicunia (do you know that the wool of vicuña is the most expensive in the world?), llama and alpaca. Also we were passing through some settlement of nomads, where they come during some seasons with livestock. So it was really something that I’ve never seen in my life! Whatever happens We’ve still arrived to Salar Uyuni like we’ve planned ( late evening ). So don’t miss my new post about one of the most amazing place in the world!
